Abstract

In this study, we employ software to simulate human interactions by allowing users to engage with computers and systems in natural language. It engages the customer in conversation based on human input and returns a response. Although they are actually communicating with a device, it gives the user the idea that they are speaking with a human. It is an unnaturally made implied being that communicates with end-users through associated text or verbal expression. It speaks with humans directly using artificial intelligence and Predictive Analytics principles. Due to its capacity to lower customer service expenses and manage several users simultaneously, it is now becoming more and more popular among company organizations. However, in order to do a wide range of duties, chatbots must be effective as well as feasible. In our project, we create a chatbot that can react to medical questions with an accurate and reliable response. © 2025 selection and editorial matter, Sushruta Mishra, Meshal Alharbi, Hrudaya Kumar Tripathy, Biswajit Sahoo, and Ahmed Alkhayyat; individual chapters, the contributors.
